Kabungo Borges has taught many to surf thanks to his infinite patience. An hour with the multiple national surfing champion costs 30 EUR and can be booked daily - subject to weather conditions.

Surfing for experienced surfers

For advanced surfers it is possible to go surfing on your own. Equipment rental per day without guide:

Board rent 15 EUR
Neoprene rent 10 EUR

Pro tip: In general, it is difficult to rent or repair surfboards on Santiago. So if you are on your own, you can rent your board at Kabungo or take your own surfboard, wax and enough repair material from home.
